Please take note:
- Eligibility: This tournament is open to all SA Citizens.
- Playing Tin: 13 inches on 2 doubles courts (standard tin height on other courts).
- Protective eyewear is compulsory at all times NO GLASSES – NO PLAY.
- NO Guests, NO spectators.
- All COVID Protocols must be followed,
- e.g. masks to be worn at all times when off court, register, and screening on entry, social distancing, no changerooms, pre- and post- event screening forms, etc.).
- The Championships will be held under the rules of WSF Doubles.
- The High Altitude (green dot) ball will be used for all events.
- Only online entries will be accepted including proof of payment. NO PAY – NO PLAY.
- Players to be present 15 minutes prior to the start of their game and if not ready to play at the appointed time could be scratched from the event.
- Teams will not be permitted to change or substitute partners once the draw is done.
- Players withdrawing from the tournament once the draw is done, will be liable for the entry fee.
- Prizegiving will take place on completion of each section at the courts.
- All players in any section must be prepared to play on the doubles courts.
- It is mandatory that players must referee the match immediately following theirs. A-Section semi-finals and finals will have referees provided.
- The Tournament Referee is Craig van der Wath.
- The Tournament Organizer is Jennifer Sawyer.
