The entry form is attached and please ensure that it is completed returned by 01 September 2014.
- Please ensure that your entry form and small deposit of R200.00 are received by us by 01 September 2014.
Entry fee R350.00 per player
This includes Friday / Saturday functions and the Sunday meal. Should you be accompanied by your spouse/partner, please register him/her and should he/she attend the functions, the costs are;
- Friday function : R100.00
- Saturday function : R50.00
